Members of our Firm have experience representing various clients in the public finance area, including both the public and private sector. We have extensive and comprehensive experience with state and local financings including having served as co-bond counsel, issuer's counsel, borrower's counsel and bank counsel. We have served on numerous occasions as underwriter's counsel to many of the State of Illinois' most active public finance firms, and have served as bank counsel to many of the area's largest and middle market banks.
