Ellen B. Epstein
Ellen B. Epstein (Of Counsel) is a key member of the firm's litigation practice group. Her practice focuses on the representation of entities in a variety of construction litigation matters, including contract disputes, Illinois Job Order Contracting (JOC), construction defects, mechanic's liens, and labor disputes. Ms. Epstein also has extensive experience in representing individuals and entities in complex contractual business disputes. She has litigated many and diverse matters in both federal and state trial courts as well as at the state appellate level. Ms. Epstein is committed to providing legal services particularized to a client's needs to ensure both continuity and long-term efficiencies.
Ms. Epstein serves as an Arbitrator for the Circuit Court of Cook County, Chancery Division, Mechanic's Lien Division, and has served as an instructor at Loyola University of Chicago, School of Law, Faculty, Trial Practice I.
