BBP Welcomes New Associates

Burke Burns & Pinelli, Ltd. is pleased to announce the addition of new associate attorneys Colin M. Chenoweth and Jack T. Grochowski.

Mr. Chenoweth serves both private- and public-sector clients and performs work for the firm’s transaction and litigation practice groups. Concentrating primarily on transactional work, Mr. Chenoweth handles various matters including loan documentation, corporate governance, employment and labor matters, and commercial and real estate transactions. Mr. Chenoweth graduated from Indiana University (B.S., 2019) and Loyola University School of Law (J.D., 2023). In addition to his work at the firm, Mr. Chenoweth assists second- and third-year undergraduates attending Indiana University in perfecting their resumes, finding and applying to internships, preparing for interviews, and navigating the graduate school application process.

Since joining the firm in 2022 as a law clerk, Mr. Grochowski has performed work for both private- and public-sector clients in the firm’s transaction and litigation practice groups. Mr. Grochowski has been involved in various matters including commercial and residential real estate transactions, pension matters, and has assisted the firm’s litigation partners in preparation for contested hearings, trials, and appeals. Mr. Grochowski graduated from Miami University (B.S., 2021) and DePaul University College of Law (J.D., 2024).
